Founded in 1900 near Pryor Creek as the First National Bank of Pryor Creek, the institution began serving its community at a time when Oklahoma was still Indian Territory — seven years before statehood. From its earliest days, the bank stood as a pillar of stability, trust, and local leadership for families and businesses across the region.
Built on relationship-driven banking and community commitment, the bank faithfully served Oklahoma for more than a century. In 2000, it transitioned to a state charter and soon after expanded into Bixby in 2002, extending its hometown approach into the growing Tulsa metro area.
Today, we proudly enter a new chapter as stg-pryoritybank-staging.kinsta.cloud — with renewed purpose and sharpened focus on the “Y.”

The bank was founded by W.A. Graham and later succeeded by his son, establishing a foundation of family leadership. In time, ownership transitioned to Nolan Jacobs and then to his son, J. Michael Jacobs, who continued the tradition of principled, relationship-centered banking until his retirement in 2009.
Today, the bank is led by second-generation banker Aaron Dillard, continuing the powerful legacy of father-and-son leadership. The Dillard family partnered with the Jacobs family to preserve and strengthen the institution’s heritage — ensuring that stg-pryoritybank-staging.kinsta.cloud remains rooted in community, continuity, and long-term vision.
